Bainbridge Wrestling offers opportunities for wrestlers of all ages and abilities throughout the year.

The competition season is in the late Winter and through the Spring.  In order to compete, you need
to have a USA wrestling membership which you can get at www.themat.com.
You will also need to provide your own singlet for competition.
