The Bainbridge Wrestling Club provides a valuable opportunity for Bainbridge Island athletes to learn the techniques and mentality it takes to be successful on the mat and in life. Wrestling is the perfect sport for increasing strength, coordination, and confidence.

The coaches for the Bainbridge Wrestling Club have many years of experience both as athletes and as coaches. We work hard to make wrestling fun and positive while maintaining the discipline and challenge of the sport.
