Wrestling shoes are the only necessary equipment
for participation. Ear protection is optional
Wrestlers will practice in shorts and a t-shirt. If a wrestler will
compete in tournaments the Bainbridge Wrestling Club will
provide the singlet.
To purchase equipment the best place locally is the Sport Haus in Poulsbo. You can also purchase equipment online. We recommend Wrestlers World
